Role: Project Coordinator – Transformation Programme

Location: Dublin (Hybrid, 2 – 3 days in office per week)

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (24 Months)

About the Role

A global fashion retailer is seeking a detail-driven Project Coordinator for a high-

impact global transformation programme to support business delivery across multiple

workstreams. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step up into a

project management role, offering exposure to senior stakeholders, large-scale

change, and cross-functional teams.

You’ll be the glue that holds programme operations together—tracking actions,

managing documentation, supporting governance, and helping ensure change is

delivered smoothly. Calm under pressure and highly organised, you’ll work closely

with architects, testers, programme managers, tech leads, and business

stakeholders across retail operations, finance, and systems.

Key Responsibilities

 Coordinate meetings, governance boards, and workshops across the programme

 Maintain document repositories with version control and accessibility

 Record accurate minutes and track follow-up actions

 Assist in RAID log creation and maintenance (Risks, Assumptions, Issues,

Dependencies)

 Format programme documents, reports, and presentations to business standards

 Support stakeholder tracking and change management documentation

 Help onboard new programme team members

 Provide general administrative support to PMO and project teams

 Collaborate with business change, L&D, and systems teams to ensure cohesive

delivery

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

 3+ years’ experience in a coordination or programme support role

 Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

 Experience working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain calm under pressure

 Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills

 Exposure to large-scale transformation programmes

 Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders

Desirable:

 Degree-level education or equivalent

 Experience in retail, fashion, or consumer-facing industries

 Familiarity with change management, stakeholder tracking, and governance

processes

 Understanding of business systems and operational processes

 Experience supporting document creation and formatting to corporate standards

The Ideal Candidate

You’re proactive, curious, and ready to grow. You thrive on structure, love a well-

maintained log, and know how to keep things moving behind the scenes. You’re

comfortable pushing back when needed, and you bring a calm, professional

presence to every interaction. If you’re looking to build your project management

career in a dynamic, transformation-focused environment—this is your stepping

stone.
