Duties:
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst II to work with Trust and Safety related data and build our analytics capabilities to make client a safer platform. The analyst will be involved with defining and maintaining organizational metrics, providing regular reporting, and translating data into business insights. -
What you'll do:
- Create dashboards that tie to company and team goals. - Perform ad-hoc analyses, analyze our metrics, and translate findings into insights across all areas of the Trust and Safety organization. - Design effective measurement systems, research what-if questions, and iterate on programs based on findings. - Work with the product, data science, and data engineering teams to optimize data capture and regular reporting design. - Increase the team's proficiency in data visualization and storytelling with data.
- What we're looking for:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment analyzing large, multi-dimensional data sets. - Background in economics, statistics, industrial organizational psychology, or a similar field. - Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and large groups on tight deadlines. - Passion for building things and making data and analytics accessible and easy to use for non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in SQL, Excel, R, and/or other statistical and data visualization software. - Bonus Points: Previous experience with a Trust & Safety Analytics team.
Skills: - SQL - Tableau (Tableau is preferred, but other BI tools are fine) - Project Management - Team Work - Exposure to Python and statistical analysis
