Mission
The Electronic System Engineer is responsible for the design, prototyping, integration, and validation of electronic systems for the monitoring and analysis of industrial processes. This role focuses on the development of innovative instrumentation and sensor-based systems — such as vision cameras, acoustic sensors, and laser measurement devices.
The engineer acts as a key contributor throughout the entire system lifecycle
Key Accountabilities
- Integrate diverse sensing technologies (optical, acoustic, thermal, vibration, laser-based, etc.) into coherent measurement systems.
- Define system architectures, interfaces, and performance specifications
- Develop analog and digital electronic circuits, signal conditioning, and data acquisition systems.
- Develop Firmware and Software to implement and manage system operations
- Perform modeling, simulation, and signal analysis to validate design and performance.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
Qualifications
identification of optics for illumination and recording,
evaluation of brightfield and darkfield settings,
lighting calculations,
design of LED and laser sources,
selection of recording sensors.
Technical Knowledge: knowledge in front-edge optic technologies with experience in drafting system requirements and their verification and validation.
Knowledge of SW modelling tools (eg. Matlab / Simulink).
Use of Engineering tools: e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), 2D/3D rendering software or CAD and finite elements codes programs.
