About The Client

Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Senior Account Manager/Team-lead type who is fully autonomous, proactive, and capable of managing key merchant relationships without supervision. This is a role for someone who understands PSP or crypto processing, knows the business logic behind merchant flows, risk, payouts, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with high-risk merchants (Asia focus)
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients: support, escalations, performance updates
  • Oversee onboarding, transaction monitoring, and ongoing operational flows
  • Optimize client performance and improve satisfaction/retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams: risk, tech, compliance, operations
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Ensure smooth communication and issue resolution with minimal supervision

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in PSP, payment processing, or crypto acquiring
  • Strong background in client or partner management
  • Solid understanding of payment flows, settlement cycles, chargebacks, and risk processes
  • Fluency in English and Russian — strong working proficiency
  • On-site format in Riga
