My client, a major player in the education sector in Luxembourg, is seeking an HR Specialist in recruitment for a temporary period of 1 year.

Your Tasks

  • Full Recruitment Cycle Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and hiring.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Evaluate resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and arrange and conduct interviews with candidates.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and to provide updates on candidate progress.
  • Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication.
  • Recruitment Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and talent market conditions to inform recruitment strategies and improve processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment practices comply with relevant legal and organizational policies and standards.
  • Networking: Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates to create a talent pipeline for future needs.

  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes
  • Ability to effectively manage a high volume of open roles
  • Excellent self-organization skills and priority management
  • Quick learner, able to find and implement effective solutions
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different situations
