CONTEXT AND CHALLENGES

We are excited to offer a unique internship opportunity at BGL BNP Paribas DataLab for a motivated and talented individual passionate about Natural Language Processing and Artificial Intelligence. As an NLP Intern, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and refining an innovative Customer Virtual Assistant for the financial sector. This advanced solution, developed within the dynamic and forward-thinking environment of the DataLab in Luxembourg, will enhance customer interactions by leveraging sophisticated language technologies, supporting multiple languages, and integrating cutting-edge AI features.

WHAT’S YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSION?

• Participate in the construction and implementation of a Customer Virtual Assistant solution.
• Enhance and improve the Natural Language Understanding (NLU) capabilities of the assistant.
• Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies.
• Develop, test, and validate new features and AI-driven functionalities.
• Contribute to multilingual support and adaptation for financial services use cases.
• Work with various tools and platforms to streamline the development and deployment process.
• Conduct rigorous validation and testing to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of the solution

• Location: Luxembourg
• Team composition: 10 data scientists and Machine learning Engineers
• Interactions: You will collaborate with team members and may interact with experts from other departments, including technology and business units
