Business, Data Analytics and Insights Senior Associate

What You Will Do
You, as our Business, Data Analytics and Insights Associate, supports the delivery of day to day D&A activities. You are responsible for producing budgeting and planning reports, data analysis and supporting wider business Units within the ACCP.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Supporting business planning and decision making through financial analysis.
- Support long-term and short-term planning support activities.
- Calculating scenarios based of expectations.
- Collecting feedback and preparing communication plans to share outputs.
- Taking ownership of complex calculations through understanding inputs and their relationships to the problem.
- Upload, manage and store complex data.
- Communicate competently with regional hubs.
- Supporting ACCP continuous improvement activities.
- Supporting wider business units on an ad hoc basis (Finance/FP&A/Business Enablement).
What We Expect Of You
Our ideal candidate is a team player with customer focus. He/she is problem solving and result oriented and has time and process management skills and can compile data.
Proven experience and skills needed:
- University Degree in commerce, finance, economics, mathematics, healthcare or related field.
- 1+ years working in a finance/data related field ideally Data and Analytics.
- Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication.
- Strong Excel knowledge .
- Working knowledge of IS systems (including demonstrated capability of other MS Office applications, SQL, Hyperion Pillar, Tableau, Anaplan).
- Demonstrates a service-minded attitude.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Clearly explains processes and procedures.
- Fluency in multiple European languages.
