About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Data Analytics team, supporting our Salesforce function. This role involves working with large and complex data sets, developing innovative analytical tools, and delivering actionable insights that guide data-informed decisions across our Sales, Customer Support (CS), and Product teams.
You will play a key role in measuring the impact of new Salesforce features, ensuring data consistency and quality, and collaborating with cross-functional partners - including Product and Business Analytics - to align metrics, methodologies, and reporting standards. Your analysis will directly influence how Sales and CS teams operate, optimize performance, and deliver value to customers.

About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Data Analytics team, supporting our Salesforce function. Your analysis will directly influence how Sales and CS teams operate, optimize performance, and deliver value to customers.
What You Will Be Doing
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Support, and Product to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic and operational decisions
- Define and align performance metrics across Salesforce and other data sources to ensure consistent, reliable measurement across teams
- Lead the design of automated reporting/dashboards and analytical tools that improve transparency, efficiency, and scalability
- Lead AI projects and data-driven initiatives that optimize processes, enhance data quality, and deliver scalable solutions to improve decision-making and business performance
- Evaluate the impact of new Salesforce features and initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
- Champion best practices in data governance, process optimization, and analytics excellence
- Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team in Europe to exchange knowledge and ensure data and tools consistency
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to develop team skills and competencies within the analytics tribe
- 4+ years of experience in analytics, ideally in data, business, or product analytics roles
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and project management
- You are a solid team player with the ability to independently assess and prioritize your tasks
- Proficient in transforming unorganized data into actionable insights that fuel decision-making
- Solid SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL/ Redshift preferred)
- You have worked with data processing and optimization using Python and/or R
- Skilled in developing hypotheses, applying statistical analysis and A/B testing, and translating data insights into actionable business recommendations
- Familiar with data visualization tools and telling stories through data (Tableau is a plus)
- Familiar with leveraging Machine Learning and Generative AI tools to enhance data analysis, automation, and insight generation
- Fluency in English
- Naturally curious, fostering innovation
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketplaces, or data-intensive businesses is highly desirable
- Permanent contract
- Salary + annual bonus up to 15% of your annual gross salary
