✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in tech, software development, or insurance sectors
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their implementation across multiple squads
• Experience facilitating 2–5 cross-functional squads, including developers, QA, DevOps, and product owners
• Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Azure, and microservices architecture
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• English fluency is mandatory; Spanish is a plus
• Background in digital transformation, cloud-native applications, or software engineering preferred

👉 WHAT WILL YOU DO? 👉

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews) for multiple squads
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, improving delivery efficiency and collaboration
• Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and DevOps engineers to ensure alignment on priorities and technical execution
• Support continuous improvement across squads by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and quality standards, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency
• Track metrics (velocity, burn-down, lead time) to drive data-informed decisions and enhance team performance
• Work closely with the DevOps team to integrate CI/CD processes, Kubernetes deployments, and Azure cloud practices into the development workflow
• Contribute to the long-term vision of scalable and efficient product delivery across the organization
