Director – M&A Advisory
Location: Amsterdam (or surrounding area)

A leading independent corporate finance advisory firm in the Netherlands is seeking a Director to strengthen its Amsterdam office. The firm focuses on mid-market M&A (sell-side & buy-side), valuations, and strategic growth advisory, supporting entrepreneurs, family businesses, and mid-sized corporates across multiple sectors.
Role Overview:
As Director, you will play a pivotal leadership role in deal origination, client management, and execution. You will drive business development, lead teams through full transaction cycles, and act as a trusted advisor to founders and management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute mid-market M&A transactions end-to-end
- Originate new mandates and expand the firm’s market presence
- Manage client relationships and oversee project teams
- Develop juniors and ensure high-quality delivery across all assignments
- Leverage your network to source opportunities and build long-term partnerships
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in M&A or corporate finance
- Proven dealmaker with successful transaction experience
- Strong personal network in Amsterdam / Randstad
- Currently living in Amsterdam or nearby
- Fluent Dutch speaker (required)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to grow a practice
