Job Description

Our client is looking for a commercially minded Senior IAM Manager to drive business growth, lead client relationships, and manage a high-performing Identity & Access Management team. This role combines business development, advisory leadership, and hands-on practice management

• Lead business development: identify opportunities, shape solutions, develop proposals, and close deals.
• Grow and manage a portfolio of clients across sectors.
• Act as senior advisor on IAM strategy, assessments, and complex implementation programs.
• Oversee delivery teams and ensure high-quality project outcomes.
• Manage and mentor IAM consultants and managers; support hiring and capability building.
• Contribute to practice growth including go-to-market offerings and service development.

Requirements

• Dutch speaking role
• 8+ years in IAM/cyber with 4+ years in consulting leadership.
• Proven track record in selling and delivering IAM services.
• Strong understanding of IAM domains (IGA, PAM, SSO, federation, lifecycle).
• Experience with major IAM technologies (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Azure AD).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
