Are you passionate about creating a positive employee experience and driving HR excellence? We are looking for a People & Experience (HR) Delivery Executive for İzmir who will be executing HR operations to support employees’ life cycle and ensure the deployment of P&C Products and Services in the most efficient and effective way.

  • The working model for this role is hybrid.

What You Will Do

  • Support Local HR Operations: Execute and monitor all hire-to-retire processes including onboarding, offboarding, document management, and employee requests.
  • Coordinate Globally: Work closely with PMI global teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of international HR services and initiatives.
  • Manage Employee Files: Ensure accurate creation and maintenance of employee personnel files, respond to documentation requests, and support archiving activities.
  • Ensure Process Accuracy: Oversee payroll inputs, time and attendance tracking, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and PMI procedures.
  • Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between employees, local HR, and global teams to ensure timely and clear communication.
  • Monitor Service Delivery: Track and follow up on global HR services to ensure they are delivered correctly and efficiently to local employees.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and employee experience.

What We Are Looking For

  • Hold a university degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or employee services
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English and Turkish
  • Familiarity with HR systems and documentation processes is a plus
