Service Now Developer

• About the client: Client is one of the largest project developer and contracting groups with business area within construction, civil engineering and property development and specialist companies
• About the project: Work with technical architects and client to develop and maintain various service now modules such as ITSM, HRSD. Advisory role on Service Now improvements and enhancements

Main tasks of the role:

• Design and implement robust IT infrastructure solutions that align with business goals and operational needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of ServiceNow applications.
• Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
• Oversee the configuration and customization of ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules to meet organizational requirements.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime.
• Provide expert guidance on ITIL best practices to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all infrastructure-related activities.
• Lead efforts to enhance system security and data protection measures, safeguarding company assets.
• Facilitate training sessions to upskill team members on new technologies and processes.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure projects.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with strategic objectives.
• Document infrastructure processes and maintain accurate records for future reference.
• Knowledge of ITIL and change management policies and procedures.
