We are seeking an experienced IT Director with a robust background in real estate and construction to lead our technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT infrastructure, implementing technology strategies that align with our business objectives, and ensuring that our systems support the unique needs of our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an IT strategy that supports the company's overall business strategy and goals.
• Manage and optimize the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, and security systems.
• Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and development.
• Evaluate and recommend industry-specific software and technologies that enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify technology needs and prioritize IT projects and investments.
• Oversee the implementation of new systems and technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
• Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective delivery of IT services and solutions.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously evaluating their potential impact on the organization.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Director or in a similar senior role within the real estate and construction industry.
• Deep understanding of industry-specific software applications and technologies (e.g., project management tools, Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, ERP systems).
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex IT projects from inception to completion.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational change.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) are advantageous.
