We are looking for energetic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, proactive, and ready to start a professional career. This role provides structured training, mentorship, and exposure to real-time projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and assist team members as needed.
• Participate in on-the-job training and development programs.
• Perform basic administrative and coordination tasks.
• Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Conduct research and help with data collection/analysis when required.
• Maintain accurate records and follow company policies.
• Contribute to team projects and perform tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field (Business, IT, Engineering, Finance, HR, etc.).
• 0–1 year of professional experience (freshers are welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to new tasks.
• Good attitude, willingness to learn, and professionalism.
