Role: Business Intelligence Manager

Location: Dubai


Job Summary

Business Intelligence (BI) Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the BI strategy. Leveraging data to drive informed decision-making.

This role requires expertise in BI tools, data visualization, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the organization's BI strategy, aligning it with business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee data analysis activities, including data mining, trend analysis, and predictive modelling, to extract actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Create and manage comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide stakeholders with timely, relevant, and accurate information.


Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of a small staff of supervisory and non-supervisory personnel.


Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years’ experience in MIS with Data Leadership driving business value through data analytics in Fintech Industry.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Amazon Quicksight, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including data mining, SQL, and data modelling. Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes is a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of data governance best practices, data quality management, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Hands-on experience on Ms Applications – in particular Visual basic, Marco, Ms Advance Excel, Ms Access and Ms PowerPoint, SQL, Business Intelligence toolsets.
