Role Description

We are looking for a Back-end Engineer with strong Go experience. This is a full-time hybrid role based in São Paulo. You will work on the core backend services that power our AI platform, design and maintain scalable server-side logic, optimize performance, and integrate with internal and external systems. You’ll collaborate closely with our tooling, AI, and DevOps teams to ship reliable, well-structured services in a Kubernetes environment.

Qualifications

Must have:

• 3+ years of backend engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Go
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices
• Good knowledge of REST APIs and API design
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases
• Familiarity with event-driven systems (queues, pub/sub)
• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with Python or Node.js
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Interest in AI and high-scale systems
