As a Senior Product Designer (6 Month Contract) is responsible for creating innovative and user-friendly experiences on our customer facing websites. This role involves understanding user needs, conducting research, and translating those insights into functional designs.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Senior Product Designers, Product Managers, Customer Experience and engineers to integrate feedback into the design and development process.
- Advocate for the user perspective throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in Product Design
- Provide feedback to collaborators at multiple levels of the organization.
- Conduct user research using a variety of methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.
- To create wireframes, mock-ups and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Design and build B2C and B2B related pages in AEM
- Proven experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Experience working with design systems
- Experience building pages in AEM
- Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Great communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A passion for creating user-centered products.
- Knowledge of web accessibility and its importance.
- Front-end development experience in AEM
- Copywriting experience
- Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset
