What to Expect:
Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Coordinator at either our Chocolate Factory in Toronto or our Ice Cream Factory in London! This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in all facets of recruitment and onboarding while contributing to various HR projects and initiatives across both locations.
A day in the life:
- Assisting with the recruitment process for various positions within the factories, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Supporting improvements to current HR processes and practices to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Facilitating onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture.
- Contributing to team projects and initiatives as assigned, including employee engagement activities and compliance training.
- Helping coordinate employee social events and health and wellness activities to foster a positive workplace environment.
- Providing comprehensive administrative and technical support to the Human Resources team, including maintaining employee records and managing HR databases.
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment.
- Flexibility with working hours as required to meet the needs of both factory locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across all functions and levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Experience with SAP and/or Success Factor
- Experience with Kronos
