We are seeking an organized, people-focused Junior Human Resources Assistant to support daily HR operations. This role is perfect for someone early in their HR career who enjoys administrative work, employee support, and keeping HR processes running smoothly.
Administrative Support
Maintain employee files, records, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with preparing HR letters, contracts, onboarding documents, and policy updates.
Handle data entry, scheduling, and general departmental coordination.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Support job posting creation, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Communicate with candidates, provide updates, and ensure a positive experience.
Assist in onboarding activities such as welcome emails, orientation sessions, and setting up accounts or equipment.
Employee Relations & Support
Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
Help track attendance, leaves, and other employee information.
Support HR team in planning events, trainings, or employee engagement initiatives.
HR Operations
Assist in preparing reports on HR metrics, such as turnover, hiring progress, and attendance.
Help maintain HR systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in HR, administration, or related fields (internships included).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Ability to handle confidential information with care.
Interest in HR processes, employee support, and continuous learning.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to grow in the HR field.
Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with employees.
