Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple digital transformation and service-delivery initiatives. The role involves working across 2–3 projects simultaneously, guiding cross-functional teams through modern agile practices to deliver high-quality, user-focused digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor product delivery teams in agile principles, practices, and continuous improvement.


• Facilitate core agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, product demos, and backlog refinement.


• Remove impediments, manage team dependencies, and maintain alignment on sprint goals and delivery commitments.


• Coach product owners and teams on estimation, sprint commitments, prioritization, release planning, and roadmap communication.


• Track and maintain delivery metrics such as sprint burndown, velocity, backlog health, and overall product progress.


• Produce clear reporting on timelines, risks, issues, and delivery quality using relevant project management tools.


• Support digital service delivery activities such as user research, usability testing, and iterative solution development.


• Foster strong communication, transparency, and collaboration within the team and across stakeholders.


• Adapt processes, schedules, and deliverables to evolving user needs, business requirements, and technical opportunities.

Role Details

• Full-time engagement supporting multiple active projects.


• Primarily remote work, with occasional on-site meetings as required.


• May involve limited travel for field research or user interviews.


• Candidates must be able to work flexibly depending on project needs.
