This is with one of our Banking client.
Daily Responsibilities (“Day in the Life”):
- Review and process 60–70 account transfer requests per day.
- Communicate with external financial institutions via phone and email to obtain status updates and resolve transfer-related issues.
- Document and track the progress of transfers to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth workflow and address escalations.
Must-Have Skills / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university OR high school diploma/equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word): Used daily for communication, tracking transfer progress, and reporting.
Nice-to-Have Skills / Experience:
- Prior experience with account transfers.
- Experience working in a financial institution.
- Previous call center experience.
- Bilingual in French and English.
