About the Role:
- We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with strong experience in both AI-driven product design and Web2 user experience standards. This person will lead the end-to-end design process and build a complete UI/UX framework for our AI products.
- You will drive product design strategy, own the design system and end-to-end user experience, and translate complex AI concepts into simple, intuitive, and elegant user experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI for AI-powered applications.
- Translate abstract AI behaviours and agent interactions into clear, human-centric interfaces.
- Build intuitive onboarding, dashboards, conversational AI flows, and complex data visualisation.
- Establish and maintain a scalable design system, including:
- Standardise cross-product UX so all ChronoAI apps share the same design logic.
- Conduct usability testing, user studies, and A/B testing to validate design decisions.
- Analyse user behaviour and translate insights into product improvements.
- Work closely with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Founders.
- Provide design specs, support design QA, and ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Create marketing assets when needed (landing pages, visuals, product videos preferred but optional).
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of UI/UX/Product Design experience.
- Strong portfolio covering both AI products and Web2 platforms.
- Experience designing conversational or agent-based interfaces is a strong plus.
- Ability to create design systems and component libraries from scratch.
- Strong in Figma: prototyping, auto-layout, component variants, design tokens.
- Deep understanding of modern UX patterns, mobile-first design, and Web2 usability standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to justify design decisions clearly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in startups, tech companies, or fast-paced AI environments.
- Understanding of front-end development constraints (React, Next.js) is a plus.
- Experience in branding, motion design, or product storytelling.
