We are seeking an innovative and analytical Data Scientist to develop predictive models, analyze complex datasets, and uncover insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will work with cross-functional teams to design data solutions, build machine learning models, and transform data into actionable intelligence.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong quantitative skills who enjoy combining statistics, programming, and business understanding to solve real-world problems.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Develop machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions
- Analyze large datasets and generate insights to support business strategies
- Build data pipelines and automate model workflows
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to understand requirements
- Validate model performance and ensure accuracy through testing and optimization
- Present analytical findings and insights to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
- Contribute to data experimentation, feature engineering, and research initiatives
- Support data governance and documentation of analytical processes
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning libraries (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Strong understanding of statistics, modeling techniques, and data experimentation
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Singaporean / PR / valid work pass
