This role is ideal for someone who loves building smooth processes, cares deeply about employee experience, and can independently run day-to-day People Ops workflows with accuracy and speed.

1. Talent Acquisition (Execution & Coordination)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment logistics (job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination).
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and evaluate basic role/skill fit based on defined criteria.
  • Maintain the ATS and ensure candidate pipelines are updated in real time.
  • Coordinate assessments, test tasks, and hiring panel availability.
  • Support employer branding through job posts and candidate communications.

2. People Operations & Administration

  • Own onboarding processes end-to-end (preboarding, equipment setup coordination, welcome documentation, Day 1 experience).
  • Manage offboarding processes (system access removal, exit interviews scheduling, paperwork, equipment return).
  • Maintain accurate employee records across HRIS, Google Workspace, and internal systems.
  • Prepare employment letters, addendums, confirmation memos, and other HR documents.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently implemented.

3. HRIS, Payroll & Compliance (Monthly Ops)

  • Update HRIS data monthly (changes in headcount, salary adjustments, leave data, allowances, etc.).
  • Prepare and verify payroll inputs accurately, ensuring alignment with MOM/CPF guidelines.
  • Track probation deadlines, contract expiries, and renewal timelines.
  • Administer benefits: medical claims, flexi-benefits, allowances, reimbursements.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and internal audit requirements.

4. Culture & Internal Support

  • Support People team in executing engagement initiatives (surveys, bonding activities, feedback loops).
  • Help maintain smooth internal communications and respond promptly to employee inquiries.
  • Assist in setting up quarterly and annual people processes (reviews, surveys, documentation).

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in HR/People Ops/TA or similar roles.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail — able to run workflows with accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, payroll processes, and MOM/CPF regulations (preferred).
  • Execution-focused, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to handle both strategic and administrative tasks.
