Role Purpose
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all timelines, workflows, and deliverables related to influencer (KOL) campaigns. You will ensure smooth collaboration across the KOL ecosystem—including KOL Managers, Content Strategists, and Sourcing Specialists—to deliver high-quality campaigns on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project timelines for all KOL campaigns.
- Define milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation across the KOL team.
- Ensure alignment between client objectives and internal execution plans.
- Coordinate tasks between KOL Managers, Content Strategists, and Sourcing Specialists.
- Monitor progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks or delays.
- Maintain clear communication channels across teams and stakeholders.
- Track all deliverables to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress updates to the KOL Director.
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in influencer marketing or digital campaign environments.
- Strong organisational, planning, and time-management abilities.
- Skilled in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
