Human Resource Business Partner

Responsibilities:

As a business partner, provide HR and administrative solutions based on business needs, support the construction of a talent team that matches business development, and promote business success, including:

1. Participate in the formulation of business strategic planning, effectively understand business needs and pain points, design HR and administrative solutions, and promote implementation;

2. Formulate manpower planning according to business development needs, clarify the quality and quantity gaps of talents in key positions, and formulate effective talent acquisition, deployment and retention measures to ensure talent supply;

3. Improve employee capabilities through qualifications, training and development, retention and attraction of key talents, etc.;

4. Based on the company's salary incentive policy and the business strategic demands of the business unit, assist the management of the business unit and the salary and performance team of the Human Resources Development Department to design and implement incentive plans to stimulate the vitality of the organization;

5. Effectively inherit the company's core values, manage employee relations, and create a healthy and dynamic organizational atmosphere.

6. Responsible for the overall coordination, organization and implementation of the company's internal administrative policies, including but not limited to visa application and apartment renting for international assignees, office environment management, administrative procurement, reception, conference affairs, etc.;

7. Support the publicity and implementation of policies of the Chinese headquarters across Europe.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or above, and majors in human resources, management, and English are preferred;

2. More than 3 years of human resources work experience in large and medium-sized enterprises, and HR experience in MNCs or Energy Storage companies is preferred;

3. Strong execution, achievement orientation, strong ability to withstand pressure, good cross-cultural communication skills and teamwork spirit;

4. Fluent in German,English and Chinese.
