Infrastructure & Cloud Specialist

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP services including Compute, Storage, NetServicesing, and Identity.
• Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
• Experience in Managing Microsoft Exchange services.
• Proficient in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCCM and Group Policy.
• Experience with Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and backup/disaster recovery technologies.
• Good understanding of NetServices & Security components: Firewalls, VPNs, NSGs, WAF, Load Balancers, and Application Gateways.
• Hands-on experience in Monitoring and Management tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Zabbix, SolarWinds, etc.).
• Familiar with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management (Ansible, PowerShell DSC).
• Experience implementing and maintaining Azure Governance, Policy, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Knowledge of Business Continuity, High Availability, and DR architecture.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure environments across on-premises and cloud platforms.
• Monitor and optimize cloud resource usage and cost, ensuring compliance with organizational budgets and policies.
• Manage hybrid connectivity (ExpressRoute, VPN, VNet peering, Private Endpoints, etc.) between on-prem and cloud systems.
• Support and maintain core IT infrastructure — servers, storage, virtualization, and netServices services.
• Implement automation for deployments, patching, and configuration management using IaC and scripting.
• Perform system hardening, patch management, and security compliance in alignment with IT standards.
• Collaborate with application and security teams for deployment, identity integration, and access management.
• Develop and maintain documentation for architecture, procedures, and change management.
• Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance performance, resilience, and security.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Attain one certification from any of the technology domains below:
o Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
o AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate o Google Cloud Manpower Cloud Architect
o VMware VCP / Cisco CCNP / CompTIA Cloud+ / ITIL Foundation

• 8–10 years of total IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in Cloud and Infrastructure operations or architecture.
• Proven experience managing hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud).
• Hands-on experience in infrastructure automation, security hardening, and cloud migration projects.
