Manager-Assets Marketing is responsible for the implementation of strategic marketing communication and initiatives of the Msheireb Downtown Doha Commercial portfolio, sharing responsibility to support tactical implementation of marketing and communication plans to drive interest and generate leads supporting the business development. Support the Commercial Marketing Director in managing and implementing the marketing plan, including budget considerations to help the MP commercial division achieve full services rollout and business growth to achieve its vision.
- Manage the requirements of residential, retail, and commercial office tenants in terms of marketing support.
- Gather customer and market insights to increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing communication and initiatives for MDD Commercial portfolio.
- Support tactical implementation of marketing and communication plans/campaigns to generate leads and drive business development.
- Assist the Commercial Marketing Director in managing and implementing the marketing plan.
- Consider budget allocations to facilitate full services rollout and business growth.
- Contribute to achieving the objectives of the MDD commercial division.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful marketing implementation through events, social media and paid media.
- Manage tenant relations and provide support with all marketing requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to enhance marketing efforts.
- Maintain the city's appearance and promote commercial assets through onsite branding and effective wayfinding solutions to enhance the visitor experience.
- Enhance on-ground marketing assets with innovative digital solutions to maximize user experience and engagement.
- Support in achieving business development goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain community engagement initiatives to enhance tenant relations and strengthen the brand's presence in the community through ongoing communication.
- Develop marketing reports on the outcome of asset marketing campaigns.
- Develop a loyalty program to actively engage MDD tenants and foster long-term relationships.
Education and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing Management with 5 years in managerial position
- Knowledge of the local market, laws, regulations, and business landscape.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills in English and Arabic
