Business Analyst

An International Engineering Consultancy Company is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our Asset Management project in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with proven experience driving business improvement within large-scale infrastructure or asset-intensive environments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, operational data, and system requirements related to asset management.
• Develop business cases, functional specifications, workflows, and reporting requirements.
• Support digital transformation, system integration, and process optimization initiatives.
• Translate business needs into actionable insights, dashboards, and performance indicators.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and change management activities.
• Ensure alignment with project objectives, standards, and governance frameworks.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in asset management, infrastructure, utilities, FM, or large-scale projects.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, and documentation.
• Proficiency in BI tools, ERP/Asset systems, and MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management.
• GCC/Qatar experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English Language.
