Role Name : Frontend Developer (3 developers needed)

Start Date : Immediate End Date :1/31/2026

Location : Remote


Required Skills and Expertise:


The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience in the following areas:

1. Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  • Deep Expertise in LWC: Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy complex Lightning Web Components (LWC) following Salesforce best practices.
  • Component Architecture: Strong understanding of component composition, inter-component communication patterns, and effective use of Standard LWC components.
  • Lifecycle Management: Proficient in managing the LWC component lifecycle hooks.
  • Shadow DOM and Events: Expertise in the Shadow DOM and handling event propagation, including understanding how events bubble and flow in the DOM.

2. Styling and User Interface (UI) Development

  • Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS): Mastery of the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) for building aesthetically pleasing and standard-compliant user interfaces.
  • Experience using SLDS Components (e.g., buttons) and SLDS Icons.
  • CSS Best Practices: Knowledge of modern CSS and styling best practices within the LWC framework, including the use of CSS Custom Properties and adherence to CSS antipatterns guidance.

3. Modern JavaScript and Asynchronous Programming

  • Asynchronous JavaScript: Strong command of Modern JavaScript (ES6+) and advanced asynchronous programming patterns.
  • Experience implementing Promises, async/await, and parallel execution techniques like Promise.all.

4. Salesforce Platform & Commerce Cloud

  • Lightning Web Runtime (LWR): Familiarity with developing and deploying solutions on LWR sites.
  • Salesforce Commerce Integration: Experience working with B2B and B2C scenarios on Commerce Cloud, including familiarity with relevant Commerce LWC APIs and utilizing Branding Hooks for customization.
