Location: Ukraine (Remote)



Our trusted high-growth healthcare technology partner is seeking an experienced Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer / SRE to join their dynamic team. This innovative company is committed to transforming the healthcare industry through reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions.


Position Overview:


As an Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer / SRE, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure system reliability, optimize performance, and support the continuous delivery of advanced healthcare technology products.


Primary Responsibilities:


  1. Infrastructure Development: Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure supporting mission-critical healthcare applications.
  2. Automation & IaaC: Automate infrastructure tasks using Terraform, Ansible, and similar tools to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  3. Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Deploy and maintain monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to ensure system stability and high availability.
  4. System Reliability: Ensure infrastructure security, reliability, and scalability through continuous improvement and proactive maintenance.


Additional Responsibilities:


  1. Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and assess their potential value for the platform.
  2. Participate in agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  3. Collaborate with development teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and streamline deployment workflows.


Competencies / Requirements:


  1. Technical Expertise: Strong experience with Linux administration, AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC), and Kubernetes (CKA level preferred).
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles with a strong background in cloud environments.
  3. Automation: Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD automation tools.
  4. Monitoring & Observability: Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
  5. Programming: Basic scripting or programming skills in Python, Ruby, Go, or similar languages.
  6. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot complex systems.
  7. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
