Project Manager – FinTech

About The Client

Our client is an international and rapidly growing fintech company developing modern payment and banking infrastructure. They operate across multiple B2B financial products, supporting global payment flows, digital accounts, and crypto–fiat connectivity. The team works in a startup-driven environment with a strong focus on ownership, speed, and technical excellence.

Role Overview

In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle across multiple engineering streams. You’ll structure workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth delivery of backend, frontend, and integration work. The role requires someone who thrives in a startup environment, can bring clarity to complexity, and ensures consistent progress across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full delivery lifecycle: planning, execution, QA, and release.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
• Maintain project timelines, priorities, and task structures across tools.
• Identify risks early, remove blockers, and keep delivery efficient.
• Translate the founders’ vision into clear, actionable tasks for engineering teams.
• Report progress, delivery status, and key risks to stakeholders.
• Improve internal processes and support continuous workflow optimisation.
  
  

Requirements

• Must-have - Experience as a Project Manager in fintech, payments, Web3, or transactional systems.
• Strong understanding of development workflows across FE, BE, APIs.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, or ClickUp.
• Ability to manage distributed teams and cross-functional delivery processes.
• Experience with Scrum/Kanban, sprints, prioritisation, and release planning.
• Good communication skills in English and Russian (The role involves communication with international clients.)
