Role and Responsibilities (including)

• Commercial Web Development
• Work closely with customer requirement, UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to design and implement features and improve application functionality.
• Implement modern web development practices to enhance and create rich, interactive user interfaces and optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Provide UX \ UI recommendations, contribute to solution design relating to UI elements and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and receiving feedback to enhance your own code quality.
• Strong knowledge and commercial experience of Web UI single page applications, dynamic HTML, CSS, AJAX, responsive web sites
• Agile Development; Work closely with scrum masters to ensure the team's alignment with Agile principles. Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with project management to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and other technical issues. Debug and fix issues across browsers and platforms.
• Experience of automated unit testing of JavaScript code

What you need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Engineering,
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience gained in a fast paced IT online e-commerce product delivery environment.
• Experience building responsive, user-friendly web applications using React, Node JS, JavaScript (ES6+), and HTML5
• Proficiency in React.js, including Hooks, Context API, and functional components.
• Experience of Next.JS
• Html 5 , CSS3
• TDD using CI/CD pipelines with Frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, Storybook
• Working in a team on a shared code base enterprise level web solutions
• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and best practices in web development including secure web applications.
• Web Analytics tools such as Heap, Data Dog,
• Restful API’s
• TypeScript, C#, ASP.NET, Blazor would be nice to have
• Experience working in a team on a shared code base enterprise level web solutions
• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and best practices in web development including secure web applications.
• Experience of the crypto currency or financial industry would be an advantage .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
