THE ROLE
We are seeking experienced and motivated Temenos Transact Arrangement Architecture (AA) Developers to design, develop, and implement AA-based banking products and lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, code, and perform unit testing.
- Conduct functional testing and automation activities.
- Adhere to standard development practices and procedures (SAFE), following defined coding standards throughout the development phase.
- Collaborate in technical analysis with other teams, consultants, architects, and analysts (in-house, external, onshore, and offshore).
- Work independently and collaboratively with teams and clients.
- 3+ years of experience in backend development using Java, Transact, AA, etc.
- Proven experience designing and delivering microservices and REST APIs
- Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and architecture principles
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Ability to lead agile teams, drive quality and consistency in technical delivery
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills

- Maternity leave: Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month
