Key responsibilitiesFacilitate Scrum events: Ensure all Scrum events like Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective are held and are productive.Coach and mentor the team: Guide the team in following Agile principles and Scrum theory, fostering self-organization, and continuous improvement.Remove impediments: Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team's progress.Promote Agile values: Champion Agile values like openness, respect, and collaboration within the team and across the organization.Support the Product Owner: Assist the Product Owner with managing the product backlog and ensuring the team understands the product goals.Improve processes: Help the team and the organization improve their Agile practices and delivery processes.Foster collaboration: Encourage open communication and a productive environment for team members. Key skills and qualificationsDeep knowledge of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Servant-leadership approach to empower the team rather than directing it.Ability to monitor team performance and help them make improvements.
