Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, technology, supply chain, HR, and store operations teams to drive execution.
  • Process Excellence: Identify bottlenecks, define workflows, and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Lead high-impact programs such as store expansion, operational excellence, customer experience improvement, and digital transformation.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress against milestones, manage risks, and present regular updates to leadership.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication across all levels.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or Six Sigma preferred).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, JIRA, Asana, or similar.
