Your Role

• The Mainframe / Infra Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing infrastructure operations with a focus on mainframe systems.
• Lead infrastructure operations and support for mainframe environments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of infrastructure services.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
  
  

Your Profile

• 4+ years of experience in networking
• Resource should be Bi-lingual (Japnese Language)
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2/N3 (preferred).
• Understanding of ITSM, compliance, and documentation standards.
