Description:
The Membership Science and Optimization Team focuses on strategy and analytics to boost acquisition and enhance engagement with cardmembers by delivering relevant content through their preferred channels, aiming for profitability and value. As a key driver of U.S. Consumer Marketing growth, the team expands value sources across various channels. Its mission is to increase revenue and maximize marketing ROI by fostering both immediate and long-term business innovation. This team is unique due to its diverse skill set and broad responsibilities, leading to numerous growth initiatives for the US consumer card business.
How will you make an impact in this role?
This role demands expertise in data-driven decision-making, statistical methodologies, and strategic analytics. It's an exciting chance to delve into consumer card marketing and leverage analytics to achieve business goals. The candidate will create actionable, data-driven strategies for business growth, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and other partners. A strong background in data analytics and exceptional quantitative and problem-solving skills are essential.
Minimum Qualifications
Past Experience:
- 0-1 years of relevant analytics experience.
Academic Background:
- Degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering or finance combined with a master’s or other secondary professional qualification
Functional Skills/Capabilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to drive results; self-starter
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Technical Skills/Capabilities:
- Experience in programming languages like Hive, SQL, SAS etc
- Proficient in MS Office
