Proclinical is seeking a Logistics Specialist to oversee and manage distribution and logistics operations. This role focuses on ensuring seamless international shipments, inventory management, and order-to-cash processes while maintaining compliance with quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient logistics execution and continuous product supply.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage distribution and logistics activities, including international shipments and replenishments.
  • Oversee the operational delivery of complex order-to-cash processes for various distribution models.
  • Collaborate with global supply chain and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth logistics execution.
  • Handle finished goods shipments, invoicing, shipping deviations, and sales/inventory reporting.
  • Conduct regular issue resolution meetings with stakeholders such as Quality, Commercial, Finance, and Packaging Engineering teams.
  • Identify and communicate shipment risks, recommend corrective actions, and implement solutions to minimize supply disruptions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and adapt logistics activities to changing supply chain dynamics.
  • Analyze and improve cross-functional and logistics processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Provide introductory training in distribution and logistics functions as needed.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong operational foundation in distribution and logistics, with the ability to manage complex international shipments.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and understanding of supply chain dynamics.
  • Familiarity with quality and compliance frameworks such as SOX, GMP, and GDP.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to implement corrective actions effectively.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset to identify and implement process improvements.
