We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers. The job in brief:

- Contract - Permanent - full-time (36 h/week)
What your impact will be:
- Design, develop and maintain custom extensions and integrations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL), ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Contribute to the evolution of our Finance Core Platform, supporting both ERP and non-ERP components for accounting, reconciliation, treasury and financial reporting.
- Develop backend services and APIs in Java or Kotlin, enabling seamless communication between Business Central and internal or external platforms (booking, payments, data, finance systems).
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Functional Analysts and Engineering teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust and efficient technical solutions.
- Participate in architectural and system design discussions, ensuring solutions that are modular, observable and scalable.
- Ensure end-to-end data integrity and consistent integrations across ERP and connected systems.
- Implement automated testing, contribute to CI/CD pipelines and follow continuous delivery principles to ensure smooth, reliable deployments.
- Investigate and resolve incidents or performance issues, collaborating with support and infrastructure teams when needed.
- Maintain technical documentation and actively share knowledge to contribute to the team’s growth.
- Participate in code reviews, mentoring peers and raising engineering standards within the team.
Your expertise:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV, including AL development.
- Solid understanding of ERP functional areas such as General Ledger, VAT, Posting routines and Dimensions.
- Proven experience with Java or Kotlin, building and maintaining backend services or APIs.
- Good knowledge of SQL, RESTful APIs and asynchronous integrations.
- Strong debugging, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Desirable:
- Experience with AWS, Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Spring Boot and related frameworks.
- Experience with Business Central API integrations and communication with external systems (e.g. payment providers, reconciliation platforms).
- Familiarity with event-driven or message-based architectures.
- Understanding of financial processes and interest in FinTech / Finance Systems.
