Retail Banking Services (RBS) is the public face of CommBank, delivering a seamless banking experience for the future, to our 10 million + personal and small business customers. Within RBS, the Wealth & Private Team is responsible for the full spectrum of a customer’s wealth needs. It comprises teams focussed on wealth creation and wealth protection, ranging from mass market to mass affluent to high-net-worth customer segments.

Do work that matters

As a Product Manager Micro-investing, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of initiatives to grow our customer base and improve the customer experience. This may include working with cross-functional teams on the micro-investing product roadmap, delivery of digital experiences/features, product governance and partner management activities, as well as driving continuous improvement to ensure the product meets customer needs and risks are managed effectively.

On any given day you will

• Execute against the product strategy, objectives, roadmap and growth opportunities within the Micro-investing space.
• Build an understanding of customer needs to identify and prioritise new opportunities for growth or features supporting the product vision.
• Stay abreast of external market trends, regulations and innovations to deliver a market leading product and customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with other Crew and Squad members to solve customer and business problems within an Agile framework
• Use and analyse data insights to grow the products and optimise the customer experience and profitability.
• Be accountable for understanding and monitoring the end-to-end product risk and regulatory environment.
  
  

We’re Interested In Hearing From People Who Have

• Exposure to Retail Banking or Investing products with a background in product management, digital delivery or distribution
• Ability to take ownership of work and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to think analytically and use data and insights to make decisions
• Demonstrated experience managing products across the lifecycle from concept to end of life
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong time management, organisational and confident presentation skills
• Experience in Agile ceremonies and project tracking platforms (JIRA)
• Sound commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability
• Sound problem solving capability
