About The Role

We are seeking an organised and motivated Administration Officer to support the effective operation of our school. Reporting to the Principal or Business Manager, you will play a key role in managing administrative, financial, and human resource functions to ensure the smooth running of our school.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Providing administrative support for HR, financial, and facilities management functions.
  • Assisting with staff recruitment, induction, training, and workforce management processes.
  • Maintaining accurate records, including staff data, compliance training, and leave entitlements.
  • Supporting financial operations such as budget reviews, payment plans, invoicing, and asset management.
  • Coordinating maintenance activities, facility hire, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

This role would suit a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic school environment.
