As a Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in helping develop and deliver compliance training and the review of sub-authorised representatives.
In this role, you’ll:
- Do the right thing: have a keen eye for detail and high levels of integrity and morality.
- Compliance monitoring or QA experience – you will be conducting spot checks and monitoring meetings (both face to face and via Zoom) as well as phone calls.
- Relationship management skills – confident speaking with a range of internal stakeholders and not being afraid to have a challenging conversation.
- A high performance mindset: where you thrive and excel in a fast paced, multi-faceted workplace, whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel: once a quarter you could be out in field, attending meetings across Australia!
