Key accountabilities:
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure that the product backlog is refined, prioritised and visible.
  • Guide teams on Agile practices and principles to ensure consistent delivery of high-value outcomes.
  • Identify, track and remove impediments that may impact delivery.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency and accountability within teams.
  • Manage dependencies across teams and communicate progress, risks and issues to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, Release Engineers, and Project Managers to improve overall delivery flow.
  • Support team members’ growth and engagement through coaching and mentoring.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with organisational quality standards and strategic goals.

Skills and experience required:
  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
  • Experience in software delivery environments, ideally within SaaS, HealthTech, FinTech or Digital Transformation projects.
  • Proven track record in facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing delivery in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience using Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management\ skills.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
  • Experience working in Scaled Agile or hybrid delivery environments desirable
