As a Senior, Agile Coach you’ll drive faster value delivery across IIA by standardizing and promoting effective ways of working. You'll maintain and adapt these methodologies in alignment with Group and other divisions. Your role involves implementing best practice delivery models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, influencing senior leaders, and fostering a high-performance culture to accelerate value creation through initiative delivery. This is a permanent full-time role based in multiple locations across Australia, multiple locations across Australia or multiple locations across Australia.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, implement, and maintain standardized ways of working across IIA, ie. Agile, ensuring consistency and alignment with Group and other divisions through comprehensive documentation.
  • Adapt and integrate external methodologies into IIA’s practices as needed, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and systems.
  • Support the implementation of fit-for-purpose delivery models that promote best practice business execution, ensuring they are practical, sustainable, and aligned with IIA’s strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively implement standardized methodologies.
  • Regularly review and refine methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, working across various centers of excellence.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in working cross-functionally within a complex business environment.
  • Proven experience in delivery and change management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of best practice business execution and delivery models, ie. Agile.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt methodologies to different contexts.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different functions and domains.
  • Knowledge and experience of agile principles (SAFe and Scrum)
