What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor sustainability KPIs, operational performance, and customer engagement.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, e-commerce, supply chain) to uncover trends and drive strategic decisions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all BI platforms.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions and visualizations.
  • Stay up-to-date with BI tools, sustainability analytics, and industry best practices.
  • Generate periodic reports (based on pre-designed templates)
  • Assist in the implementation of process improvements
  • Work with databases and business management tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, sales, administration)


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles related to accounting, administration, or business operations.
  • Proven experience in team-based and operational roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
  • Familiarity with Power BI (preferred)
  • Understanding of business metrics (costs, margins, profitability)
  • Experience with management systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact.
