Lead Cloud Infrastructure and Analytics Developer

We are looking for a Lead Cloud Infrastructure and Analytics Developer skilled in AWS Glue, Informatica, and PySpark to lead ETL migration initiatives.

In this role, you will architect, develop, and transition ETL pipelines to cloud-native solutions on AWS, ensuring adherence to AWS best practices and driving seamless data integration. Join us to spearhead innovative cloud analytics projects and make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and architect ETL pipelines with AWS Glue and PySpark, following AWS cloud-native best practices
• Refactor and migrate existing ETL processes from Informatica to AWS Glue to enhance scalability, cost, and performance
• Create and manage XML scripts to support ETL migration and data transformation
• Partner with cloud infrastructure teams to guarantee secure, automated, and reliable data migration workflows
• Implement AWS Well-Architected Framework guidelines focusing on security, operational excellence, reliability, and efficiency throughout migration and development
• Diagnose and solve issues related to data migration, integration, and transformation
• Prepare comprehensive documentation of migration workflows, data flows, and operational protocols for maintainability and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Proven experience of 5+ years with AWS Glue, PySpark, and Informatica in cloud ETL projects
• Extensive expertise in designing and migrating ETL pipelines within AWS environments
• Advanced skills in XML scripting for ETL and data transformation purposes
• In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure, including security and operational best practices
• Hands-on experience with automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting in AWS data migration scenarios
• Strong familiarity with the AWS Well-Architected Framework and cloud-native development principles
• English proficiency at B2 Upper-Intermediate level or higher
