The European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM) is a non-profit association, registered and located in Vienna, Austria. Based on the engagement of volunteers, the EANM aims to promote nuclear medicine on a European level and beyond. The EANM Executive Office is responsible for the administration of the association and its activities.

We are looking for a

Graphic Designer (fulltime)

Your Profile

You’re organised, reliable and creative, can easily translate your team member’s needs into engaging visual content, enjoy working in an international team, and bring hands-on experience in graphic design.

What You’ll Do

Create visual assets for print and digital channels (brochures, posters, course books, booths, newsletters, websites, social media etc.) — from concept to final delivery
Support and help manage the upcoming rebranding project in collaboration with external partners, ensuring consistent and timely execution
Respond to internal graphic requests and ensure brand coherence across teams
Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers and external vendors

What You Bring

Excellent command of English
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or related field desired
3+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer (non-profit / medical / international environment is an asset)
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere Pro required; After Effects a plus)
Basic WordPress / CMS editing and HTML/CSS
Experience in video editing, motion graphics is an asset
Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Creative problem solver with a collaborative mindset

The minimum gross salary according to the applicable collective agreement (“Werbung & Marktkommunikation”) is € 2,321.20 gross/month (full-time). We are happy to offer you an attractive salary matching your qualifications and experience.
