Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior IAM Developer with expertise in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Microsoft ETL, and Microsoft C# to strengthen our team in managing our existing SSIS ETL infrastructure .
Eventually, you will also be involved in the migration to Microsoft Entra ID Governance . Given the complexity of the platform, we are looking for someone with expertise and experience in Identity Management and governance .

The developer will be responsible, within an existing team, for modifications, updates and management in the IAM of Identity Lifecycle Management as well as the "feed" process for user management in an organization of more than 20,000 employees.

Experience and knowledge

Demonstrable senior expertise in Microsoft MSSQL / SSIS / ETL / C# development
Experience in .NET development
PowerShell scripting experience
Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio
Experience withMicrosoft Visio and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of a normative framework for information security is necessary for IAM implementations and context.
Ability to work with BPMN, UML and practical documentation skills.
Knowledge of SCIM.

Tasks :

Develop and maintain existing software components and contribute to future software development in the field of Identity Management / Access Management.
Contribute to the design and architecture of the evolution of IAM within the organization.
Participate in technical working groups and meetings with integration partners, clients and users, as appropriate.
Participate in testing, compile technical documentation, evaluate and report on software components.
Documenting implementations via MS Office and collaborative platforms, and communicating with the relevant teams.
Supporting colleagues and product teams in development on the platform.
To serve as a bridge between the product team and cross-functional teams.
Integrate development, testing and operational aspects into your work.
Active sharing of knowledge and implementations through transfer sessions with colleagues.
Certified in Microsoft development or equivalent through training.
Solution-oriented mindset, capable of quickly understanding existing code, passionate about innovation and continuous improvement.
Structured work method and proactive attitude.
Willingness to integrate into a small team, team spirit.
An analytical mind and knowledge of HR Feed / IAM processes in the MS context are required.
Certification references must be mentioned.
